We want to ensure your move runs smoothly and avoids any potential hurdles or hold-ups. That’s why we visit you to carry out a free survey.

When we meet you, we get all the information we need to know to plan your moving day.

We will ask you:

• When you will be moving?
• Where you will be moving to?
• What time do you need to leave your property and expect to enter your new one?
• What furniture, equipment, and valuables you would like us to move.
• Will you need our packing and dismantling services?
• Find out if you need to use our cleaning or storage services?

The survey will help us identify all your moving day needs including:

• Which equipment to bring.
• Which coverings and wrappings to use to keep your belongings safe.
• Any safety precautions we will need to take.

It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions or raise concerns so that we can put your mind at ease.

Then we can draw up your free quote.

We will give you two payment options so you can choose the way that’s most cost effective for you. You can choose to pay:

• A fixed price agreed before the move.
• An hourly rate when we agree the how long the move will take.

Our survey will help us plan for most eventualities, but if something unexpected puts your move on hold we can help.

Here are some of the ways we can assist you:

• We can take your belongings to our safe storage site where you can keep it for as long as you need.
• We can transport anything you need to an alternative location.
• We will wait for you to collect your keys at no extra charge.
• If you have been let down by another firm, we can do your move at short notice.
